Welcome to the Twizel Medical Centre

Located in the heart of the Mackenzie Country, the Twizel Medical Centre is a rural general practice providing medical, accident and emergency care to the Twizel community.

Established in 1996 as part of the hydro dam projects, we have a good understanding of the needs of our community and the large number of national and international visitors to the area.

Our dedicated team of general practitioners and registered nurses strive to consistently provide high quality healthcare.

Twizel Medical Centre's long anticipated move into our fabulous new premises occurred on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th December 2015.

The address for the new centre is 15 Mackenzie Drive, Twizel.
